Job Opening: Accounts Payable Coordinator

Location: Gardena, CA

Schedule: Full-time, Flexible. Starting time can be: 7:30am-8:30am and end 8 hours later.

Duties:
1. Weekly check runs.
2. International wire reconciliation.
3. Oversees A/P Aging.
4. Regular A/P aging.
5. Using several spreadsheets to provide support for international wires, rents, credit card charges, etc.
6. Credit card payments.
7. Processing invoices received both electronically and in the physical mail.
8. Scanning all documents into QuickBooks.

Requirements:
1.  3 years Accounts Payable experience. (will be tested)
2.  3 years experience with QuickBooks (Enterprise Version).
3.  International wire payment experience a plus.
4.  Well versed in Excel spreadsheets, including pivot tables, etc.
5.  Attention to detail a must.
6.  Problem solving skills will be needed.

Compensation: $20-$25 per hour with excellent benefits, including health insurance, paid time off and 401K with company match.
