Job Opening: Administrative Assistant
40+ years in business wholesale diamonds and jewelry in downtown Los Angeles.
Location: Los Angeles, CA 90013
Schedule: Monday-Friday 9 AM-5 PM, some flexibility available
1. Answering phones and buzzing in customers.
2. Checking mail.
3. Overseeing shipments, interface with an armed courier, following all protocol (we will train).
4. Entering inventory into the computer.
5. Producing reports for the bank or accountant (we will train).
6. Handling email and assisting in documents.
7. Keeping general supplies stocked.
8. Errands within walking distance.
9. Update inventory and database regularly.
1. Friendly, warm professional with great people skills, strong sense of customer service
2. 2+ years admin or coordinator experience
3. Fine jewelry experience a plus but not required.
4. Strong computer skills, experience working with databases.
Compensation: $23-$25 per hour plus health insurance and dental insurance and PTO, also closed many holidays
