Description: In this vital Administrative Assistant role, you are an essential person sought out for support when it comes to keeping our company running seamlessly! You lead the charge when it comes to completing office duties accurately and efficiently. You are responsible for a variety of office duties as well as providing great administrative support to our management team and President.
Duties:
1. Data entry to CRM for invoices, material purchases, and vendor information, etc.
2. Monitor and enter timekeeping for all field employees daily.
3. Order and restock all marketing materials.
4. Order and stock kitchen and office supplies.
5. Maintain organization off office.
Requirements:
1. 2+ years administrative experience
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
3. Proficiency in Quickbooks
4. Ability to pass a background check and drug test
Compensation: $45,000-$55,000 DOE plus benefits and company perks
