Description: The Assistant will assist the Executive Director with coordinating vendors, staffing and general office duties.
- Scheduling appointments / meetings
- Greeting tenants / incoming calls
- Preparing leases
- Move in- move outs in Property Management Software
- Security Deposit refunds in Property Management Software
- Attaching all appropriate documents / pictures in system — leases, move-in / move-out forms, move out photos, turn photos
- Advertising vacancies on website, housing portal (section 8), other websites such as craigslist
- Scanning and filing
- 5+ years of experience in HR, administrative support, and real estate
- Posses superior organization skills
- 2+ years experience with Excel / Word
- Experience with Accounts Relievable
- Familiar with Section 8 and other government rental assistance programs
- Familiar with onboarding, recruiting, benefits administration, payroll, and employee relations
- Experience in Appfolio is a plus
Compensation: $23-25 an hour plus benefits.
