Job Opening: Assistant to the Director of Elementary School
Location: Beverly Hills, CA
Schedule: Monday though Friday 7:30AM-4:30PM
Start Date: Immediately
Duties:
1. Work with administrative team to ensure smooth running of school.
2. Answer phone calls and emails.
3. Prepare documents, reports, emails, spreadsheets, and flyers as needed.
4. Assist teachers as necessary. .
5. Assist with finding substitutes according to spreadsheet as needed.
6. Grant and screen entry to visitors.
7. Maintain school calendar.
8. Deal with parents who have questions or concerns about the school.
Requirements:
1. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
2. Computer savvy.
3. Must be organized and very detail oriented.
4. Must have a car/driver’s license.
5. Previous experience working for a school preferred, but not required.
6. 1+ year office experience.
Compensation: $55,000 plus benefits
