Job Opening: Associate Director of Recruiting Operations
Location: Charlotte, NC
1. Manage Recruiting Coordinator Team and functions. This includes but is not
limited to managing recruiting coordinator day to day functions, setting
goals for the team, following up on action items and projects.
2. Use excellent customer service skills to manage relationships with
applicants, clients and internal customers
3.Manage daily interview events that start from 7-7:30 AM Eastern Standard
Time. This includes managing our team of interview facilitators who are
running these interview events.
4.Manage and instill confidence in key client partners through excellent
interview experiences, including conducting successful recruiting events
both virtually and in person.
5.Show excellent proficiency in the ATS
6.Assist with strategy to continuously improve the recruiting process, the
pipeline capacity and client management
1.3+ years’ customer service, recruiting or related experience
2.Demonstrable experience in recruiting, healthcare or related field
3.Motivated to take on additional work load volume and solve problems
4.Knowledge of Google Workspace and Airtable is a plus
5.Ability to travel when necessary (less than 30%)
Compensation: $65,000-$75,000+ up to $3000 bonus quarterly
