Job Opening: Associate Recruiter
Location: Rexburg, ID or Charlotte, NC
1.Receive candidate applications through our CRM system and screen candidates
using industry-standard techniques in a timely fashion.
2.Initiate conversations with candidates to learn about their experience and goals
and work to pair them with employers in the US that meet their qualifications and
3.Prepare candidates for interview opportunities and schedule them to interview
with healthcare providers
4.Manage candidate conversations through multiple channels, including by not
limited to email, skype, video chats, and phone calls.
5.Manage client relationships and conduct successful recruiting events both
virtually and in person.
1. 1 year of recruiting experience preferred but not required
2.Knowledge of Google Workspace
3.Ability to travel when necessary (less than 30%)
4.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Compensation: $45,000-$50,000 plus benefits
