Job Opening:  Bookkeeper for Property Management Company

Location:  Los Angeles, CA 90036

​Schedule:  Full-Time, Monday-Friday 9:00AM-5:30PM

Description:  Experienced bookkeeper is needed for small property management company.  Bookkeeper will handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, deposits, collections etc..

Duties:
1. Reconciliation of 30+ bank accounts (each property has its own back account).
2. Paying billing through autopay, overseeing errors and preventing overpayment.
3. Accounts receivable.
4. Accounts payable.
5. Payroll.

Requirements:
1.  Experience with property management.
2.  Experience with QuickBooks preferred but not required.
3.  Experience with Appfolio required.
4.  Experience paying credit cards and reconciliations.
5.  Must know Microsoft Excel.

Compensation:  $65,000-$75,000 with PTO, paid parking.
