Job Opening: Call Center Customer Service Rep
Location: Monterey Park, CA
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:30AM-6:00PM
Training for the first few weeks will be: 7:30AM-4:00PM
1. Listen to and help resolve customer complaints.
2. Schedule plumbing appointments for techs.
3. Use phone, email and database when appropriate to resolve customer issues.
1. 2+ Years phone customer service experience or similar.
2. Great phone skills.
3. Deep sense of customer service, organized, and empathetic.
4. Able to pass a drug and background check.
