Job Opening: Chief Executive Officer

Location:  Van Nuys, CA

Duties:
1. Oversee the daily operations for 7 outpatient facilities.
2.  Participate in leadership decisions and board meetings.
3.  Work closely with clinical directors on site.
4.  Establish and support new initiatives for the organization.
5.  Interface with the CFO on budgets and financial progress.
6.  Optimize operations and help grow company.
7.  Participate in hiring decisions.
8.  Build out strong teams including marketing, building and operations team and directly oversee these teams.

Requirements:
1. 5+ years leadership experience for a mental health company
2.  Strong daily operations experience from a small to medium sized behavioral health company.
3.  Experience with an adolescent program.
4.  Experience in marketing and business development.
5.  Experience with outpatient facilities.

Compensation:  $170,000-$200,000 plus benefits
