Location: Monterey Park, CA
Schedule: Monday – Friday 9 AM – 6 PM with rotating on-call shifts
Description: Monkey Wrench Plumbing Co. is calling all customer service professionals who are interested in a full-time Customer Relationship & Dispatch Manager job in the Los Angeles, CA area to apply to join our amazing office team!
- Answer phones, schedule, and confirm appointments
- Provide superb customer service to our clients
- Analyze service call opportunities and match the best technicians to the job
- Update the client about any potential delays and reschedule as necessary
- Keeping the office clean and organized
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Friendly disposition and superb phone skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to type 65 WPM
- Ability to pass a background and drug test
- Dispatcher experience is a plus!
Compensation: $58,000-$65,000 plus paid sick time, paid holidays, paid vacation, health insurance, company-paid training, and fun company events.
