Job Opening: Customer Service, Admin
Location: Wayne, NJ
Duties:
1. Answering customer inquiries via phone and email.
2. Checking orders for details and answering customer questions.
3. Utilizing company database to enter data.
4. Placing orders.
5. Handling returns and claims.
6. Managing house accounts.
Requirements:
1. Customer Service experience in the construction or decor industries.
2. Strong math skills- multiplication and division.
3. Basic Excel skills.
4. Strong typing skills and basic computer skills.
5. Ability to dress and act professionally.
6. Ability to try and solve problems for every customer, solution seeking.
Compensation: $55,000-$65,000 plus benefits
