Job Opening: Customer Service Assistant
Location: Pico Rivera, CA
Schedule: 9 AM-5 PM Monday-Friday
Duties:
1. Providing customer service through phone, email, and website chat.
2. Handle the return process, and oversee the logistics of getting replacement products and parts to the customer.
3. Answering frequently asked questions.
Requirements:
1. 2+ years customer service experience with products.
2. E-commerce experience.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Positive, warm attitude, looking to grow into a leadership position.
Compensation: $25-$30 per hour plus benefits
