Location: Los Angeles, CA 90017
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 9:00am-5:00pm, Friday, 9:00am-3:00pm
Job Type: Permanent
1. Answer customer inquiries via phone and email and chat groups.
2. Product additions to website through product management system.
1. 2 years experience with E-commerce is a must.
2. 2 years experience with customer service.
3. Friendly, upbeat communicator on the phone with excellent English skills.
4. Strong writing skills.
5. Trustworthy, great references.
Compensation: $24 per hour, 5 paid days off
