Job Opening: Customer Service for E-Commerce Jewelry Store

Location:   Los Angeles, CA 90017

Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 9:00am-5:00pm, Friday, 9:00am-3:00pm

Job Type: Temp to hire, Contract September-December, can become permanent

Duties:
1.  Answer customer inquiries via phone and email and chat groups.
2.  Some administrative tasks including organizing paperwork and jewelry.

Requirements:
1.  1 year experience with E-commerce.
2.  1 year experience with customer service.
3.  Friendly, upbeat communicator on the phone with excellent English skills.
4.  Strong writing skills.
5.  Trustworthy, great references.

Compensation:  $18-$19 per hour, 3 paid days off
