Job Opening: Customer Service Manager/Operations for Warehouse
Location: Ontario, CA 91764
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30 AM- 4:30 PM
Duties:
1. Overseeing operations through warehouse software, print out pack lists and documenting what was received.
2. Oversee scheduling for containers and shipping.
3. Respond to customer issues through emails and phone calls.
4. Data entry, shipping, processing orders.
6. Utilizing the Warehouse Management Software (WMS)
Requirements:
1. Great attitude, self starter.
2. 5+ years experience in warehouse/ wholesale customer service.
3. Computer skills.
4. Writing skills, great phone skills.
5. Bilingual Spanish.
6. Strong tech skills, comfortable on a computer.
7. Experience using WMS (Warehouse Management Software).
Compensation: $70,000-$80,000 plus healthcare, vision and dental, PTO, many paid days off
