Job Opening: Customer Service Specialist

Location: Wayne, NJ

Duties:
1.  Answering customer inquiries via phone and email.
2.  Checking orders for details and answering customer questions.
3.  Utilizing company database to enter data.
4.  Placing orders.
5.  Handling returns and claims.
6.  Managing house accounts.

Requirements:
1. 1+ year of Customer Service experience.
2.  Strong people skills and the ability to interact with customers of all levels.
3.  Basic Excel skills.
4.  Strong typing skills and basic computer skills.
5.  Ability to try and solve problems for every customer, solution seeking.
6.  Basic office experience.
7.  Previous experience with project management desired.

Compensation: $20 – $24 per hour.
