Job Opening: Customer Success Manager

Schedule: Full Time, 40 hours

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Duties:
1. Schedule and perform regular visits with accounts, prioritizing those with issues but equally giving attention and required visits to non-problem accounts.
2. Work directly with the Director of Account Management to ensure active involvement and engagement from the facility to corporate level.
3. Collaborate with Business Development Team in assisting potential and current clients.
4. Investigates any misconduct, suspicious or unethical activities reported to Compliance Officer
5. Participate in the Pharmacy’s Performance Improvement Program as requested by the Performance Improvement Coordinator.
6. Attend Industry Trade Shows as deemed necessary.

Requirements:
1. 2+ years of direct client/account management experience; Pharmacy or Healthcare experience a plus.
2.Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Healthcare, or equivalent required.
3.Experience working with C-level clients and across entire organizations.
4.Ability to travel and present to clients, as required.

Compensation: $80,000-$82,500 plus $300 car allowance and they pay for gas.  If overnight trips they pay everything. and full benefits- including life insurance
