Job Opening: Human Resources Coordinator
Location: Encino, CA
Schedule: Full time, 8:30 AM-5 PM or similar, 3-4 days must be in house, 1-2 days can be remote after training.
Duties:
1. Assist Human Resources Director with on boarding process including paperwork, applications, emails and phone calls.
2. Assist HR Director with off boarding and processing leave of absence.
3. Help handle employee accruals, employee communication and university assigning.
4. Update handbook when needed.
5. Coordinate recruiting for lower level, hourly positions.
6. Audit employee files and communicate with employees on human resources needs and compliance.
7. Gather information needed for ADP.
8. Other project to support he HR Director as needed.
Requirements:
1. 2+ years ADP experience, firm requirement.
2. 1+ years as an assistant or coordinator in human resources.
3. Able to work a full time schedule.
4. Able to pass a background check.
Compensation: $55,000-$65,000 plus benefits
