Job Opening: LCSW for Mental Health Residents

Oasis Behavioral Health is 6 bed mental health Residential Treatment Center for adults that is part of the Montare brand. 

Location: Palm Desert, CA

Schedule: Monday to Friday: 8:00am-5:00pm

Duties:
1. Provide individual care and therapy to a small caseload
2.Attend group meeting to discuss therapeutic practices
3.Facilitate group therapy to the patients
4.Write and update patients notes (EMR)
5. Interface with the patient’s family members
6.  If able to supervise, oversee other associate therapists.

Requirements:
1. Experience with high acuity mental health patients
2. Masters in Social Work
3. Licensed social worker.
4.  Ideally, licensed for 2 years.

Compensation:  Licensed Therapist: $80,000-$100,000 plus benefits
