Job Opening: Level 1 Help Desk

Location: On site in a private Jewish high school in 90036

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 7:30 AM-4:30 PM, Friday 7:30 AM-1:30 PM


1. Assisting teachers and staff with basic technology issues including their LMS (learning management system) Schoology and Power School.
2.  Assisting teachers and staff with Microsoft Office and Google Drive, Google Sheets etc.
3.  Handle tickets for help issues and communicate with teachers and staff ensuring that their tech issues will be solved.
4.  Reach out to IT manager if problem cannot be resolved.


1. Basic understanding of audio-visual equipment.
2.  Basic understanding of computer networks, cloud platforms.
3.  Interest and aptitude in technology. Eager to learn new things.
4.  Patience and strong communication skills.
5.  Experience with private schools or Jewish institutions is a plus.

Compensation: $30-$36 per hour
