Job Opening: Office Administrator for Non-Profit
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Schedule: Full-Time
Duties:
1. Experience managing a busy reception desk including answering multiple calls at once and routing them appropriately.
2. Maintain electronic filing and data entry/management as it pertains to some of The Aleph Institute’s programs.
Requirements:
1. 1+ years as an office administrator, receptionist, administrator assistant
2. Proficiency in computer use including online research, Microsoft Office suite programs,
and Google Drive
3. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
4. Able to operate in a very fast paced environment
5. Must be supportive and or in agreement of Aleph Institute’s mission and values
Compensation: $45,000-$50,000
