Job Opening: Office Manager, Bookkeeper for Custom Kitchen Builder

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8:45 AM-5 PM, Fridays 8:45 AM-3:45 PM

Duties:
1. Oversee invoices, billing, collections, reconciliation.
2.  Monitor phone calls and emails.
3.  File transactions correctly through online file and paperwork.
4.  Oversees purchase order details including prices of materials.
5.  Interface with vendors occasionally.
6.  Other admin projects as needed.

Requirements:
1.  Proficient in Excel and Google Drive.
2.  Very organized, self starter, detail oriented.
3.  Proficient in Quickbooks online.
4.  Sense of ownership and responsibility.

Compensation:  $24-$28 per hour
