Job Opening: Office Manager for Busy Construction Company for Luxury Homes
Location: Los Angeles, 90036
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM (Flexible Hours)
1. Oversee Quickbooks, AR, AP
2. Oversee all contracts with vendors, sub contractors; this will including redlining contracts and heavy use of Docusign.
3. Overseeing payroll and check cutting for vendors and employees.
4. Follow up on pending issues with phone calls and emails.
5. Occasionally visit work sites to take photographs of completed work.
6. Other projects as needed.
1. Detail oriented, self starter, organized
2. Experience with Quickbooks online.
3. 2 years+ related work experience
3. Proficiency with Excel.
4. Experience redlining contracts and with utilizing Docusign.
5. Excellent follow up and communication skills.
Compensation: $24-$30 per hour plus 2 weeks paid vacation
