Location: Valley Village, CA
Schedule: 100 hours per month
Duties:
1. Manage day-to-day needs of the property and its tenants, as directed by the management company.
2. Respond to resident inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests in a timely manner.
3. Address issues with empathy and a problem-solving mindset. Strive to find satisfactory solutions that align with both property policies and resident needs.
4. Welcome new residents with orientation sessions, introducing them to the property’s amenities, rules, and community guidelines.
5. Mediate and resolve conflicts between residents diplomatically. Promote a harmonious living environment by fostering open communication and understanding.
6. Conduct regular property inspections to identify any issues and ensure that common areas are well-maintained and inviting.
7. Oversee rent collection processes and address any payment-related inquiries professionally, adhering to property policies and to proactively address any overdue accounts.
8. Assist residents in navigating the tenant portal for maintenance requests, rent payments, and other interactions.
9. Be accessible during emergencies and provide clear communication and guidance to residents during critical situations.
10. Organize events or initiatives that foster a sense of community among residents, promoting a positive atmosphere.
11. Coordinate all maintenance and repair from start to finish.
12. Light cleaning of the common areas whenever needed.
13. Overseeing the reacquisition, preparation, and renting of vacancies, as directed by the management company from start to finish.
14. Regular inspections of the units to ensure that the vendors have completed all work as expected.
15. Additional miscellaneous duties as required.
Requirements:
1. Experience with Low-income housing
2. Ability to maintain a professional and approachable demeanor at all times.
Compensation- $3200 rent credit
