Location:  Santa Fe Springs OR Orange County, CA

Duties:
1.  Oversee documents and contracts for properties and company assets.
2.  Review and draft routine legal documents and process legal paperwork for healthcare company and properties.
3.  Facilitate the meeting of attorney’s deadlines by keeping organized schedules and providing timely reminders.
4.  Conduct legal research.

Requirements:
1.  Experienced paralegal or attorney.
2.  Experience working with real estate required.
3.  Experience working in the healthcare industry desired.

Compensation:  $250k-$350k plus benefits
