Job Opening: Production Manager for Direct Mail

Location: Santa Ana, CA

Duties:
1.  Interface with customers via email and phone regarding direct mail printing orders.
2.  Oversee the production of printing products from start to finish.
3.  Creat detailed purchase order and send purchase orders to customers.
4.  Provide excellent customer service for any issues that arise.

Requirements:
1.  1+ years printing and/or direct mail experience.
2.  Self starter, positive attitude, deep sense of customer service.
3.  Basic knowledge of Quickbooks, ability to create Purchase Orders.
4.  Basic Excel.

Compensation:  $45,000-$60,000+ plus benefits, bonuses, room for growth and awesome company culture
