Job Opening:  Program Director for 10 bed Adult Residential Treatment Program

Location: Phoenix, Arizona

Schedule: Full time, Monday-Friday with on-call support over weekends as needed

Start Date: Immediate, Program is opening in 4-8 weeks

Description:  Montare and the Montare family has several residential treatment programs in California and Arizona.  We are opening an additional 10 bed RTC for adults in Phoenix, Arizona and are looking for a leader with residential treatment experience.

1. Management of behavioral health residential program and staff.
2. Create and maintain staff schedules, manage time, review and approve time cards, including identifying coverage for call-outs, vacations, etc.
3. Conduct performance reviews and complete performance review documents.
4. Provide coaching and disciplinary actions and documentations as appropriate.
5. Ensure quality and integrity to programming and operations of the facility.
6. Maintain compliance with state regulations, Joint Commission standards, and other legal/ethical requirements.
7. Participate in hiring, onboarding, orientation, training and monitoring ongoing performance of assigned staff.
8. Complete and post weekly staff schedules and coordinate coverage when staff are absent or as needed.
9. Perform reviews and quality assurance checks to ensure documentation accuracy, cleanliness of grounds and feedback to appropriate staff members and departments.
10. Coordinate outside appointments and meetings and assist with facilitating staff meetings.
11. Collaborate and support the clinical and medical team and other staff and departments.
12. May perform all MHW job duties as well as coordinate all daily responsibilities and shift functions as needed for coverage.
13. Available for alternate, evening and weekend schedules and shifts may be required to meet client needs, state and regulatory agency requirements and business necessity. On call to support during emergencies.
14. Maintain appropriate professional boundaries with current and former clients, client family members and referral sources.
15. Comply with the company’s code of conduct.
16. Other duties as assigned.

7. Knowledge of MS Office and office equipment such as copiers and scanners.
8. Ability to understand and utilize program knowledge.
9. Ability to understand and utilize medical knowledge.
10. Ability to perform Practice-Based Client Care and appropriate procedural skills.
11. Ability to professionally interact and communicate with clients, client family members, referral sources and vendors.
12. Ability to adhere to Professional Code of Conduct.
13. Minimum 2 years experience in mental health or co-occurring treatment.

Compensation: $70,000-$75,000 plus benefits
