Job Opening:  Program Director for 10 bed Adult Residential Treatment Program

Location: Phoenix, Arizona

Schedule: Full time, 40 hours per week.

Start Date: Immediate, Program is opening in 4-8 weeks

Description:  Montare and the Montare family has several residential treatment programs in California and Arizona.  We are opening an additional 10 bed RTC for adults in Phoenix, Arizona and are looking for a leader with residential treatment experience.

Duties:
1.  Help hire and train employees and staff.
2.  Oversee the quality of the program.
3.  Communicate with clients and their families.
4.  Oversee the day to day administrative tasks of therapists, ensuring they are charting, coming on time, providing a high level of care.
5.  If applicable, provide supervision for associates.
6.  Interface with Executive team to establish the program.

Requirements:
1.  Experience managing a similar residential program for adults.
2.  Licensed therapist desired, but other backgrounds will be strongly considered.

Compensation: $110,000-$120,000 plus benefits
