Job Opening:  Recruiting Director for Healthcare Company

Job Summary: Choice Health Group is seeking a Recruiting Director to develop and deliver excellent recruitment initiatives for all direct hire roles within the agency. The main responsibility is to assist with the design and implementation of the overall recruitment strategy and set hiring goals, including time frames, budget and deliverables. The right fit has a keen attention to detail, quality customer service, and the ability to lead a team.

Location:  Los Angeles, 90048

Schedule:  Monday-Friday 9 AM-5:30 PM, 1 day a week can be remote

Requirements:
1.  Establish new connections and manage professional recruiting sites, including LinkedIn and Indeed accounts
2.  Oversee 4 recruiters
3.  Lead the recruiting team to accomplish hiring goals and stay in compliance with state and federal laws.
4.  Filter through candidates for open positions and conduct interviews
5.  Scour job search websites for potential recruits and contact those candidates personally
6.  Oversee and maintain monthly budget
7.  Communicate with senior management to identify the hiring needs and send weekly candidate updates to the team
8.  Attend weekly management meetings
9.  Manage applicant tracking systems
10.  Establish partnerships with schools and other organizations
11.  Agree on contracts, job specifications, and terms of employment with successful candidates
12.  Full cycle recruiting and onboarding
13.  Process I-9 employment verification by gathering the necessary documentation and inputting identification information
14.  Assist with other Human Resources functions as needed

Duties:
1.  3+ years of recruiting experience in a fast past environment
2.  Bachelors degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Marketing or other relevant fields
3.  Excellent communication skills
4.  Positive, solution orientated attitude
5.  2+ years Managerial experience

Compensation:  $100,000-$125,000 plus benefits
