Job Opening:  Remote Accountant for Property Management Company

Location:  Remote

Description:  This position will oversee all accounting for a boutique and growing property management company.  Company currently has 1,500 doors of multi-family properties.

Duties:
1.  Reconciliation of bank accounts.
2.  Paying bills through autopay, overseeing errors and preventing overpayment.
3.  Accounts receivable.
4.  Accounts payable.
5.  Overseeing data for Payroll.

Requirements:
1.  Experience with accounting for a property management company.
2. 2 years of experience as an accountant.
3.  Excellent communication skills.
4.  Experience with Appfolio or Yardi.

Compensation: $90,000-$120,000
