Job Opening: Remote Functional Medicine Physician within US
LifeSpan is looking for an experienced, board-certified trained MDs and DOs who are passionate about transforming primary care, have completed or started training in functional or integrative medicine to be part of their expanding team.
Schedule: Full-Time, On average 30 clinical hours and 10 administrative hours
Location: Remote but travel to Santa Monica or Dallas 1 week per month (total
Duties:
1. Seeing 100-150 patients via telemedicine using the technology platform provided by the practice
2. Assisting in the resolution of patient inquiries and requests
3. Completing online charts in a timely and accurate manner
4. Following up with some patients during the weekend if necessary
5. Overseeing medical staff and assigning aspects of care accordingly
6. Providing excellent, personalized patient care according to the guidelines provided by the practice
7. Participating in patient care program development
Requirements:
1. MD or DO license
2. 3+ years of experience providing primary care either via telemedicine or in-person
3. 2+ years of experience practicing functional medicine
4. Must have an excellent personality, excellent communication skills, patients feel cared for and responded too, excellent follow up skills
5. Must be a problem solver and solution driven
6. Must be maintain confidentiality of LifeSpan’s very high end clientele, must be extremely responsive, be intellectually curious
Compensation: $400,000 base plus bonus
