Job Opening: RN Recruiter

Schedule: Full-Time

Location: Rexburg, ID or Charlotte, NC

Duties:
1.Receive candidate applications through our CRM system and screen candidates
using industry-standard techniques in a timely fashion.
2. Initiate conversations with candidates to learn about their experience and goals
and work to pair them with employers in the US that meet their qualifications and
needs.
3.Follow up with candidates’ post-interview to answer questions about job offers and
provide information about their hiring process
4.Serve as an applicant advocate for new hires in supporting them in their decision
to immigrate to the US
5.Manage client relationships and conduct successful recruiting events both virtually
and in person.

Requirements:
1. 1+ years’ recruiting experience or 1+ years of nursing experience as a LPN or RN
an asset
2.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
3.Knowledge of Google Workspace, Airtable, and Bullhorn is a plus
4.Ability to travel when necessary (less than 30%)

Compensation:  $50,000-$60,000 + up to $9,000 bonus quarterly
