Job Opening: Sales Administrator
Location: Altamonte Springs, FL
Schedule: Full-Time
Duties:
1. Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing documents, arranging appointments, and coordinating meetings when requested
2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activity through our CRM
3. Answer incoming sales calls and emails, aiding and responding to customer inquiries
4. Manage and update customer information in the company’s CRM system
5. Provide post-sales support to customers, including addressing complaints and resolving issues
Requirements:
1. Must have 2+ years of administrative or executive assistant experience
2. Proficiency with computer software such as Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Excel
3. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written )
4. Highly organized and able to remain calm despite a busy work environment
5. High school diploma or equivalent required; Some college or work in business administration, marketing, or related field preferred
Compensation: $47,000-$55,000 plus benefits
