Job Opening: Sales Representative for HVAC, Plumbing and Water Filtration
Location: Monterey Park, CA
Company Description: We are a team of home service experts who go the extra mile to ensure peak performance for your home’s plumbing, heating and air conditioning and electrical systems.
Duties:
1. Follow up on pre-qualified leads.
2. Listen to the needs of our customers, working with them to determine the best new equipment
to meet their needs and do whatever is necessary to achieve department sales and capacity goals.
3. Visiting potential customer’s in person, establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.
4. Develop key client relationships, negotiating and closing deals.
5. Create sales proposals that are accurate and complete, that can be easily transferred to the
installation team.
4. Create confidant buyers by providing complete and accurate information about our products
and pricing.
Requirements:
1. Home service repair sales services experience desired.
2. Driver’s license.
3. Strong communication and organizational skills and basic computer skills.
Compensation: $65,000-$150,000 plus sick time, paid holidays, paid vacation, health insurance, company-paid training, company car, gas card and fun company events. Base salary plus performance pay.
