Job Opening: Secretary/Office Manager

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM-4:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM-1:45 PM, starting mid-August

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Responsibilities:
1. Answering phone calls, responding to emails, taking care of teacher, student and parent immediate needs as they come in.
2. Assist with office related tasks

Requirements:
1. 1 year of experience as a secretary, school experience preferred/
2. Calm and Professional disposition
3. Comfortable and experience with technology
4. Comfortable with modest dress requirement

Compensation: $25 an hour
