Job Opening: Service Manager for HVAC Technicians

Location:  Monterey Park, CA

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00AM-4:00PM

Duties:
1.  Oversee 5-7 HVAC technicians.
2.  Recruit, hire, train and improve field technicians.
3.  Work with dispatch department to make sure the right technician goes to the right job.
4.  Set the tone for the entire department, inspire technicians to hit their goals.
5.  Inspect trucks and uniforms, verify inventory and supplies.
6.  Routinely observe technicians in the field.

Requirements:
1.  Prior service industry experience.
2.  Experience managing a team of at 3 people.
3.  HVAC experience desired.
4.  Driver’s license.
5.  Resourceful, driven, goal oriented, positive, relationship driven.
6.  Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft office.

Compensation:  $70,000-$110,000 plus excellent sick time, paid holidays, paid vacation, health insurance, company-paid training, gas card and fun company events.
