Job Opening: Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Associate
Location: Pico Rivera, CA
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 AM-4 PM or 9 AM-5 PM
Duties:
1. Process AR and AP for wholesale distribution company.
2. Communicate internally and with vendors as needed via email and phone.
3. Enter all invoices/bills into Netsuite.
4. Other similar admin duties as needed.
Requirements:
1. 5+ years office experience.
2. 1+ years AR and/or AP experience.
3. Familiarity with Netsuite is a plus, but not a firm requirement.
Compensation: $22-$26 per hour plus excellent benefits
