Description: A Jewish high school is looking for a talented, knowledgeable and Full Time art instructor to teach 10th grade and up.
A Jewish high school is looking for a talented, knowledgeable and Part Time art instructor to teach 9th grade.
Duties (Full-Time):
1. Teach Art including hands on projects to grades 10th and up.
2. Communicate with parents and students on a regular basis.
3. Advance current art curriculum as needed.
4. Actively participate in meetings and professional development.
Duties (Part-Time):
1. Teach Art like mixed media (digital and animation etc.) including hands on projects to 9th graders.
2. Communicate with parents and students on a regular basis.
3. Advance current art curriculum as needed.
4. Actively participate in meetings and professional development.
Requirements:
1. Formal training in Art (MFA degree desired).
2. 2+ years experience teaching Art to children.
3. Enthusiastic, energetic, skilled and creative educator.
4. Deep knowledge of art topics.
5. Excellent classroom management skills.
Compensation:
Full-Time: $62,000-$70,000
Part-Time: $15,000
