Job Opening: Technology Specialist

Location:  Los Angeles, 90036

Schedule:  Full-Time Monday-Friday, many days off!

Duties:

  1. Act as the first point of contact, provides technical support for faculty, staff, and students
  2. Actively uses Helpdesk (Zendesk) system to document, track, and prioritize support  requests
  3. Installs, configures, and maintains all software and hardware
  4. Assists users with classroom technology tools
  5. Creates support documentation as needed
  6. Setup audio/visual equipment for special events

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor Degree in computer science or equivalent
  2. Experience troubleshooting Windows, macOS, iOS, and ChromeOS platforms
  3. Experience troubleshooting printers
  4. Experience with Google Workspace
  5. Experience with ticketing systems
  6. Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  7. Excellent problem solving skills
  8. Ability to prioritize and complete tasks in a fast-paced environment
  9. Approachable, comfortable with ambiguity, and can-do spirit

Compensation: $90,000-$140,000 plus benefits
